Take a cucumber and cut it into bite-size pieces. Peel off the skin only if it is bitter. Add that to a bowl along with the edamame. Now season the cucumber with salt, chili powder, roasted ground sesame seed, and mustard oil. Next, add hog plum powder, commonly known as “lapsiko dhulo” in nepali, or use lemon juice as an alternative. Then, mix everything until the cucumber is thoroughly coated with the seasoning. Garnish it with some chilli flakes and enjoy your cucumber salad.
